These Terms of Service apply to your use of the CSB Cards website and to purchases made through www.csbcards.co.uk.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game products, trading cards, accessories and related collectible products.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information on the website are accurate.

Product images are intended to represent the product being sold. Packaging, artwork and other visual details may vary where manufacturers change their products.

For used individual cards, the condition of the card will be described as accurately as reasonably possible.

3. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product descriptions, availability or pricing.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:

a product is unavailable;
there has been an obvious pricing or product description error;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Available delivery services and their costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times provided by Royal Mail or another delivery provider are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

8. Returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms of Service.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights to cancel an online order, return products and receive a refund.

Where a product has been opened, used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, the value of the product may be reduced. Where permitted by law, any refund may therefore reflect the actual reduction in value.

This is particularly relevant to sealed collectible products, where opening the original packaging can significantly affect the product’s value.

9. Used trading cards

Products described as used are pre-owned collectible cards.

We will provide a condition description appropriate to the product.

Minor manufacturing characteristics, including variations in centring, print quality or surface marks, may be present on trading cards and do not necessarily indicate that a card has been previously used.

Where a card has been specifically photographed, the photograph may be used to show the actual card being sold.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials, belongs to CSB Cards or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy or commercially use our website content without permission.

Pokémon and related names, characters, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. CSB Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company unless expressly stated.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or interruptions.

We may occasionally need to suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when you place your order.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
